Mitgetragen was created out of the belief that between struggling alone and entering therapy, there needs to be space for honest, clarifying conversations — a space that does not treat, but accompanies.
The work is psychologically informed. It draws on a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and on clinical-psychological study content, which together support a deeper understanding of inner dynamics, strain, and ways of coping.
At the center is a psychologically informed way of leading conversations: precise listening, clarifying questions, and a considered structure that makes visible what currently supports you — and what currently weighs.
Mitgetragen does not replace therapy. The focus is on reflective conversations, emotional orientation, and identifying a next step that feels manageable in everyday life.
Background
I studied Psychology and immersed myself in human experience, inner strain, and processes of change. One question shaped me deeply: what do people need to feel clearer, more stable, and more connected to themselves during difficult phases?
Through my background in business psychology, I bring together psychological knowledge with a nuanced understanding of decisions, relationships, inner patterns, and personal development. Mitgetragen was born from the desire to create a space where people do not have to perform, but can speak honestly about what moves them.
My work does not replace psychotherapy. It offers personal conversation support for people seeking orientation, reflection, and a calm, steady presence.
